Kai Pad Med Mamuang

( Spicy fried cashews nut with chicken )

Ingredients

300 g chicken meat1 cup roasted cashew nut1 cup sliced onion2 tablespoons oyster oil 4 paprikas 2 tablespoons fish sauce1/2 teaspoon sugar 3 tablespoons vegetable oil


Preparations

1. Finely slice the onion and paprikas.
2. Heat the oil in wok over medium heat. Put chicken meat, cashew nuts, paprikas, onion to fry.
3. Add fish sauce, sugar and oyster oil to taste, continue frying until well done.
4. Remove from the heat
