Pad Bai Kaprow Kai
(Fried chicken with Holy basil )

Ingredients

Ingredients 2 cups chopped chicken meat 3 chilies5 bird's-eye chilies1 bulb garlic1/2 teaspoon pepper powder3 cups sacred basil (kaphrao) leave1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoon fish sauce

Preparations

1. Pound the chilies, chop garlic and bird's-eye chilies finely.
2. Heat the oil in wok over high heat. Put chilies, garlic, pepper powder.
3. When garlic become golden brown. Put the chicken into the wok and fry until cooked.
    Add fish sauce, sugar and sacred basil leave, when the sacred basil cooked remove from the
    heat and serve.
